Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: This is the updated Flag of Republic of Formosa 1895, to replace the old and outdated flag on the Republic of Formosa page. The author of this image allowed to upload but unable to do it and they're asking for a help with uploading to wiki page.

Additionally, this image was uploaded in the JPEG format even though it consists of non-photographic data and it should be uploaded as a PNG; see Template:Bad JPEG/doc for more information.
