Tehran is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Arun Gopalan and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Suniel Shetty and John Abraham. It stars John Abraham, Suniel Shetty, Manushi Chhillar and Neeru Bajwa and Sanjay Dutt and Sunny Deol.[1] The film is claimed to be based on true events.[2]

Production

The movie was announced on 11 July 2022 by the makers through an announcement video featuring the first look of John Abraham and Suniel Shetty and Sanjay Dutt and Sunny Deol from the film.[3][4] On 19 July 2022 Manushi Chhillar was announced as the leading female actor of the film.[5][6] Manushi joined the casting in July 2022.[7][8]

Principal photography commenced in July 2022.[9][10] Filming began on 11 July 2022 in Tehran, Iran.[11] The second schedule began in August 2022 and the third schedule began in September.[12] Filming wrapped up in October 2022.[13] The film has been extensively shot in Glasgow, Mumbai and Delhi.[14][15][16]
