Flying Tiger is the name of a fictional Marvel Comics supervillain who first appeared in Spider Woman #40.
Fictional history
Flying Tiger's true identity is unknown. A professional football player whose career was cut short, he developed a costume that enabled him to fly.
He started his criminal career as a mercenary when he was hired to kill the original Spider-Woman. Some time after failing at this, he fought the Fantastic Four. He was later hired to kill businessmen Regis Fussky but was stopped from doing so by Iron Man (Jim Rhodes)..
Recently, Flying Tiger joined the Crimson Cowl's incarnation of the Masters of Evil. The group's plot to blackmail the governments of the world using a weather-controlling machine was stopped by the Thunderbolts and his whereabouts since are unknown.
