Kayla Jean Carter is an American actress and beauty pageant titleholder who was appointed as Miss Charm Philippines 2024.[1][2][3][4][5]
Prior to her appointment as Miss Charm Philippines 2024, Carter represented the Filipino overseas community of Northern California in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant where she reached the top 20.[6][7]

Miss Charm
Krishnah Gravidez relinquished her Miss Charm crown,[9] which allowed Carter to represent the Philippines at the next international event.[10][11]
