Reason: Incredibly high level of vandalism, misinformation, or just bad edits. Not a week goes by without someone either adding "pro-Russian" in the infobox, removing Euroscepticism and replacing it with pro-Europeanism, or vandalizing the article by calling the party a "Russian Dream" or its founder "Borys Ivanishvili". I think this easily warrants extended confirmed protection as it is a very contentious article about a very controversial party and protection will save it from being stuck for hours with vandalism until someone notices and reverts.
