Your revert of my edit on John D. Whitney

Hello! I believe that edit I made was perfectly valid. The wikilinks that I removed were repeated wikilinks, and I don't believe they were constructive. Suo Edits (talk) 18:48, 19 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

They were the first instance of those links in the body of the text. The only other location they were linked was in the lead, which, for most of them, was many paragraphs prior. It is common practice on articles that aren't very short to wikilink the first instance of articles after the lead. Ergo Sum 01:45, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of W. Seavey Joyce

Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article W. Seavey Joyce you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. DYK for Stefano Manetti

On 29 July 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Stefano Manetti, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Stefano Manetti was co-consecrated a bishop by the same man who ordained him a priest 30 years earlier? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Stefano Manetti. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Stefano Manetti), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
