"V1 is a level of difficulty on the Sherman V-grade scale for bouldering problems"

V1 isn't a synonym for either the V-grade scale or for bouldering—I don't think anyone would link the term V1 when they intended one of those articles. Isn't this kind of like saying "12° is a level on the Celsius scale of temperatures"? If no one objects, I will remove this item. Michael Z. 2005-12-8 21:34 Z

[edit]

Because of a good faith disambiguation edit recently made to a type of aircraft by an editor that didn't find the flying bomb listed where he expected to find it, I'd suggest the following:

Repeat V-1 flying bomb under aircraft.
Separate aircraft and missiles from watercraft
Perhaps explain what the V stands for in the three types of aircraft/missiles (Vultee, Versuchs, Vergeltung) and expand a little. (Fi.103, "buzz bomb") (prototype for D.VIII).

If no objection in a week or so, I'll make the changes --Lineagegeek (talk) 22:24, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
