High Court of Cassation and Justice, Decision no. 1316 File 5744/2/2010 Public session 30 March 2017:

"Oricum, susținerea recurentului că activitatea yoga fosese interzisă în anul 1982 de fostul regim comunist nu este probată în niciun mod, rămînînd astfel o simplă alegație."

But I think that source comes too late: whatever Mr. Gascan made up, the French MISA kernel is in jail for nine and half months. The French Justice would not have allowed that only based on trumped charges.

Pseudo-crime

My position about the pseudo-crime of “psychological subjugation.” (Bitter Winter Magazine): I don't have to have a position, it is a matter of French law, and until that law gets quashed, it remains applicable.
