Seems to be a highly contested topic as to what % is Sunni vs Shia. The State Department says "Most estimates from NGOs and the Shia community state Shia Muslims represent a majority (55 to 70 percent) of the citizen population.", but the infobox seems to say 51% Sunni/49% Shia, and they don't publish official stats on the breakdown in their census. Is there any way to indicate that this % is uncertain or contested? 205.175.106.234 (talk) 20:07, 30 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Jewish Population
In the article, Jewish population is shown as 0.002% of the total population of 1.5 million. That means 30 Jews live in Bahrain. Is it correct data? I think we should remove this data from Article as the Jewish population is not substantial. 103.61.109.73 (talk) 06:09, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This paragraph under Post-Arab Spring years seems to have had text cut from it, between the words "committee to" and the word "paying". As is, it doesn't make much sense:
"On 9 April 2020, Bahrain launched a committee to paying private-sector employees for a three-month period in order to ease the financial pain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic."
It was added all in one go by an IP here, so probably just a grammar issue trying to say that the government supported private-sector employment. CMD (talk) 01:42, 15 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Military - "Small but professional and well-0rganised"
Could someone more experienced in editing than me explain if this is a good choice of words? It seems overly subjective to me. I would assume a military is professional unless there is evidence to the contrary. Robhold2000 (talk) 06:42, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
