Kayla Jean Carter is an American beauty pageant titleholder who was appointed as Miss Charm Philippines 2024.[1]
Prior to her appointment as Miss Charm Philippines 2024, Carter represented the Filipino overseas community of Northern California in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant where she reached the top 20.[2][3]

Carter represented the Filipino community of Northern California at Miss Universe Philippines 2024, and finished in the top 20, with Chelsea Manalo the winner.[3][4]
Miss Charm
Krishnah Gravidez relinquished her Miss Charm crown,[5] which allowed Carter to represent the Philippines at the next international event.[6][7]
