I know of two more "IET"s:

1) NPP and NPOESS weather satellite data includes timestamps in a format called "IET": "IDPS Epoch Time". It is a signed 64-bit integer giving microseconds since 00:00:00.000000 Jan 1 1958.
2) IET also stands for "Indiana East Time". This was the time zone for the part of Indiana which did not observe daylight savings time.
