Information icon Welcome, and thank you for contributing the page Draft:JOAN GARRIGA BACARDÍ to Wikipedia. While you have added the page to the English version of Wikipedia, the article is not in English. We invite you to translate it into English. It has been listed at Pages needing translation into English, but if it is not translated within two weeks, the article will be listed for deletion. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 06:53, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to add that new page in English, Portuguese and Spanish, the root being in Spanish., and them translate it to the other languages.
I’m a bit lost. How shall I do it correctly?
Thanh you Eva Jacinto (talk) 18:42, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You would need to translate it, BUT the draft has only one reference which is their own website so it would be swiftly declined if submitted, you need to find independent, reliable sources that discuss him in depth. Theroadislong (talk) 18:50, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok for the references; it is still being written, I was not thinking to submit it as it is right now.
I need to understand if I need to add the article in wiki Spanish , wiki Portuguese and wiki English - is that so? Eva Jacinto (talk) 19:12, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Each country as their own Wikipedia projects they are not connected, you will need to log in at each one in turn to edit. Theroadislong (talk) 19:27, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Joan Garriga. Thanks! Robert McClenon (talk) 17:23, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Robert McClenon
I tried to change the name of the article from Joan Garriga to Joan Garriga Bacardí. I believe that way there’s no need for a disambiguation page. It looks like the change I did does not appear. Could you please explain me how to do it? Thank you. Eva Jacinto (talk) 18:50, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
To rename a page, you move it. There should be a tab at the top of the page labeled 'move'. I moved/renamed the page. There still should be a disambiguation page, so that people who enter the given name and patronymic without the matronymic will have a way to find what they are looking for. @Robert McClenon, thank you. Eva Jacinto (talk) 21:28, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Robert McClenonshould I dot the disambiguation page now, or should I wait to see if it is accepted? Eva Jacinto (talk) 13:42, 10 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
