The Cross-front is a European political party often described as left-conservative. The party supports socialist economic policies, such as nationalisations, high taxes on the wealthy, and high investment in public services, and conservative social policies, notably being opposed to abortion and immigration.

The party was formed as an alliance of socially conservative Eastern European social democrats, Old Left communists, Christian leftists, and elements of the far-right that lean towards the left on economic issues.

The party is generally skeptical of European integration, favouring decentralisation and closer ties with Russia.
