Kayla Jean Carter is an Filipino-American[1] beauty pageant titleholder who was appointed as Miss Charm Philippines 2024.[2]
Prior to her appointment as Miss Charm Philippines 2024, Carter represented the Filipino overseas community of Northern California at Miss Universe Philippines 2024 where she reached the top 20.[3][4]

Carter represented the Filipino community of Northern California at Miss Universe Philippines 2024, and finished in the top 20, with Chelsea Manalo the winner.[4][5]
Miss Charm
When Krishnah Gravidez relinquished her Miss Charm title,[6] it allowed Carter to represent the Philippines at the next international event.[7][8]
