Hiba Farès is a Franco-Lebanese president of the board of directors of RATP Dev.

Hiba Farès was born in Lebanon in Talet Chataha.[1]

She graduated from HEC and holds an Executive Program at Harvard Business School[2] and began her career at Air France, then joined the Accor Group to join RATP in 2018.[3]

She began her career at Air France in 2001, then Accor Hotels in 2007, before joining RATP in 2018.[4]

In 2018, she became a member of the RATP group executive committee,[5] and director[6] in charge of customer experience[7][8] for services and marketing at RATP.

In January 2022, she replaced Laurence Battle as Chairman of the Board of Directors of RATP Dev.
