Voice dubbed by - edits

[edit]

Hello, welcome to Wikipedia! I've noticed almost all of your edits are just additions like "(Voice dubbed by Savitha Reddy)" to cast sections of films. Usually, this information is not added to the cast, neither is of encyclopaedic relevance. Please stop adding such trivial information. For further questions, please approach Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Film/Indian cinema task force. Thanks! — DaxServer (t · m · c) 09:06, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I added those edits as the dubbing artists of movies are not really credited and recognized often, and there is a lot of effort that goes behind voicing a character, as the voice gives life to the respective character. Most of my edits are for the dubbing artists for this exact reason. These edits are not just my assumptions, but they are based off of wikipedia pages from the respective dubbing artists. Some of them are also based off of the films' credits sections. Though it is all available in the dubbing artists' wikipedia pages, it is not often that you go and visit their pages. The most you would go to are the pages of films and read about them. This is why I wanted to give credit to those dubbing artists. I know there are a lot of them to add, but I added as much as I could. It is important to bring these details to the forefront. I added these details for mostly Tamil films, but in general, there are a lot of actors and actresses who don't speak the languages of the films they do, and as I mentioned earlier, the dubbing artists give the life to their characters. Hope you understand, and thank you! Sjsjsjs j12345 (talk) 18:18, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
