Eoghan Kenny (born 23 February 2000) is an Irish Labour Party politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cork North-Central constituency since the 2024 general election.[1] He is the Baby of the Dáil in the 34th Dáil, and the first TD to have been born after the 1990s had ended.

Early life

Kenny was born and raised in Mallow.[2] He attended the local St Patrick's Boys National School (BNS) and the Patrician Academy. He went on to graduate from Mary Immaculate College in 2023 with a Bachelor of Education in Business Studies and Religious Education.[3]

Career

Kenny is a teacher.[4] He was elected to Cork County Council in 2024.[4]
