Standing on the Edge of the Noise is an hour long video of the rock band Oasis performing in their rehearsal space Black Island Studios in front of 100 fans prior to touring in 2008. It is also the name of a track on Oasis' successor band Beady Eye's debut album.[1][2]

The video was filmed by long time video collaborator Dick Carruthers.[3] An edit for TV was shown on 4Music on 23 November 2008, and on Channel 4 on 29 November 2008.[1]

"Standing on the Edge of the Noise" was also a song written by Gem Archer, released when Beady Eye included it on their debut album, 2011's Different Gear, Still Speeding.[1]
