Wiki Education assignment: WikiMed UTSW

Hi everyone! I am a 4th year medical student contributing to this article. I am planning to update and edit this article over the course of 4 weeks. My goals are listed below. I'd appreciate any feedback! Let me know if you have any questions!

Workplan:

-Find 2-3 high quality articles/book chapters that are well established

-Find 4-5 high quality resources to cite

-Develop a rough outline for the article

-Include information on history, medical uses, indications, procedure, risks, results and follow-up

-Find images that work with copyright rules

-Thorough editing for quality of writing, spelling and grammar checks.

- Embed links to other wiki medical articles as appropriate

-Ensure that all information is properly cited and neutral on the topic

-Complete editing of all sections - make sure that all citations are correctly done and that all hyperlinks open properly
