Cyclone Fengal
There is a need of a dedicated article for Cyclone Fengal, this description is getting too long. Regards; Yours truly. Igobymanynames1 (talk) 14:18, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
Pressure (Cyclone Fengal)
IMD: 992 hPa JTWC: 987 hPa
We know 987 hPa is lower than 992 hPa but all official information is based for meteorological service, no JTWC, because JTWC is using 1 min per winds, but many meteorological service is use different format to calculate the pressure. So that's why we used IMD to calculate lower pressure. (JTWC is unofficial agency)
Official Agency Example: JMA, BoM (10 min per winds), IMD (3 min per winds) and more meteorological agency. MAS0802 08:24, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
Cyclone Fengal (Image)
deciding on which of the 3 images should be used for Fengal, im actually tired of going back and fourth over a image, its just childish

- I like number 1 since it doesn't have the splice. INeedSupport :3 15:06, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Insane always: let's discuss here instead of Talk:Cyclone Fengal since this one has the images. INeedSupport :3 15:13, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
- fair point, also I dunno why that happens everytime the noaa-21 satellite is used OrzonYT (talk) 16:43, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
- It's due to the satellite being a polar-orbiting satellite, where it spins around the earth instead of being stationary. One scan will be from one time and another scan will be from another time, thus leading to this splicing. INeedSupport :3 18:35, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
- ah alright, tho i think both the 2nd and 3rd images are pretty much identical to each other OrzonYT (talk) 20:00, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
