Homicide.

Is anyone in your department investigating the murder of Allison Jean Lussier? She was beat to death by her on again off again boyfriend chuck foss is his name. She had a closed casket because of the way she was beaten, does her being Native American have anything to do why there’s been no action taken by The Mnpls police department.
