~~Delete~~ : Throwing soup at a painting isn't quite the level of criminal notability we look for... Could be mentioned in a brief article about the incident itself, not warranting an article for the individual. Or a one line mention in the article about the painting. Keep. The subject of the article has received sustained international coverage over multiple years for their climate protests, and WP:GNG is met.
