Gurjapneet Singh

Gurjapneet Singh (born 8 November 1998) is an Indian cricketer. He is a left arm medium fast bowler and right-handed batsman.[1]

Early life

He is from Ambala in the state of Haryana but moved to Chennai in 2017 to pursue his cricketing ambitions.[2]

Career

He played college cricket and played in the TNCA third division for Egmore RC prior to playing for Dindigul Dragons in the Tamil Nadu Premier League in 2021.[2]

Be made his first-class cricket debut for Tamil Nadu cricket team in the 2024-25 Ranji Trophy against Saurashtra cricket team finishing with bowling figures of six for 22 on debut, including test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara, whom he trapped leg-before.[2]

Personal life

He graduated with a B.A. and M.A. from Guru Nanak College.[2]
