KAZH is a full-service Spanish-language television station serving the Houston, Texas television market. It is licensed to Baytown, Texas and is an affiliate of the Azteca America network. It broadcasts its analog signal on UHF channel 57, and its digital signal on UHF channel 41. Founded June 11, 1987, the station is owned by Pappas Telecasting of Visalia, California, co-owner of the Azteca America network. KAZH is repeated in Houston on KHMV-CA channel 28 and KVVV-LP channel 53.

KAZH and KHMV broadcasts from the Richland Transmission Tower in Missouri City, Texas, while KVVV broadcasts from another area of Houston.

Pappas Telecasting has terminated KAZH's affiliation agreement with Azteca America, effective July 1, 2007. [1]
