California State Route 71 runs from Route 91 near the Santa Ana River to Route 57 at the Kellogg Hill Interchange with Route 10. The route cuts through the unusual "tail" of San Bernardino County, which connects it to Orange County.

State Law

Route 71 is from Route 210 to Route 91 via Pomona and Chino
Hills.

Note: "Route 210" should really be "Route 57".
