Maryland Route 19 is a state highway in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 213 in Church Hill to MD 313 in Ingleside. In Church Hill, Maryland Route 19 runs along Main Street, parallel to MD 213. It then turns east onto Roberts Station Road. Maryland Route 19 intersects Maryland Route 405 just outside of Church Hill and U.S. Route 301 a couple of miles to the east of Church Hill.
