I Only Wear My White Tees Once, by Federation, is a song about white tees, which represent Oakland, Bay Area. The song is a story about a group of people who only wear their white tees once, after which they merely throw it out. The reason is because white tees get dirty and are easily replaceable, and that The Federation has enough money to afford to just buy a white teeshirt every day. The band claims that the pro's of the wearing the white tee only once is because a new white tee smells like Febreeze. The implication of this song is that the Federation can afford to buy a new teeshirt every day. This is rather ironic because white tees only cost a few dollars at most, making it no great accomplishment to buy a new one every day.
