InPhase Technologies is a technology company developing holographic storage devices and media. InPhase was spun out from Bell Labs in 2000. Their technology eventually promises terabyte storage. In Q4 2007 they are scheduled to release their first reader, tapestry™ 300r, which offers a 300GB capacity at 20MB/s and a 120MB/s transfer rate.

InPhase Technologies currently holds the record for "highest commercial data storage" by achieving 515 gigabits (Gb) per square inch.[1] of media. Most recently company achieved 1 terabyte benchmark[2].
