Carmine Infantino (1925-) is a comic book artist and editor who was a major force in the Silver Age of Comic Books.

His famous work was the co-creator of the Barry Allen Flash as well for Adam Strange and Batman under the editorship of Julius Schwartz at DC Comics.

From 1967 to the late 1970s he served as editorial director and publisher of DC Comics which proved to be one of the most difficult periods in the company's history.
