Hon. Peter Durack QC is a Rhodes Scholar, former Australian politician and former Liberal Commonwealth Attorney General. He served in the Australian Senate from 1 July 1970 to 30 June 1993 (retired). He was one of the longest serving Australian senators. Former MLA. He was deputy leader of the opposition in the Senate from 1983-87 and 1990-92.

He is an old boy of Aquinas College, Perth
