Jesse Metcalfe (born December 9, 1978 in Waterford, Connecticut, United States) is an American actor.

He is best known to fans as Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald on the NBC soap opera Passions from the show's debut in 1999 until 2004.

Metcalfe returned back to television as sexy gardener John Rowland on the popular ABC TV drama Desperate Housewives since 2004.

Metcalfe became the second star to appear on Punk'd twice (the only other star went on Punk'd twice is Omarion). The first appearence on Punk'd was when Metcalfe helped Ashton Kutcher Punk'd Eva Longoria for going under the speed limit. The second appearence on Punk'd when Metcalfe was Punk'd by Kutcher's crew members during the Spider-Man 3 audition.
