Chikao Ōtsuka (大塚 周夫, Ōtsuka Chikao, born July 5, 1929) is an actor and seiyū from Tokyo currently represented by Aoni Production. He is the father of Akio Ohtsuka, another seiyū. He is the official dubbing artist of Charles Bronson and Richard Widmark.
