I've restored the entry for Eddie Cochran. The page header says it's a list of famous people who are/were, amongst other things, "associated with the city." Eddie Cochran died in Bath and he's certainly famous, so I think he should be mentioned. Compare with Peter Gabriel, who doesn't live or work in Bath: he's in Box, which is several miles out of town.
