National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN)is dedicated to improving care along the continuum of cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. A not-for-profit alliance of 21 of the world’s leading cancer centers, NCCN communicates sound, evaluative clinical information to enhance the decision-making processes of patients, physicians, and others who influence access to and the choice of cancer care. The primary goal of all NCCN initiatives is to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of oncology practice so patients can live a better life.

NCCN/ACS Treatment Guidelines for Patients help people with cancer make informed decisions. Through a partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS), the NCCN translates NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™ for all of the major cancers and supportive care issues into patient versions. These patient-friendly resources offer patients with cancer and their families reliable, specific, and easy-to-understand information they need to help them make timely and well-informed decisions about their treatment.
