Brandeis-Bardin Institute

The Brandeis-Bardin Institute is a Jewish retreat in Simi Valley, located in Southern California. It is known for it's nondenominational summer programs for children, teens and young adults.

In March 2007, officials from both the Brandeis-Bardin Institute and the University of Judaism (UJ), a non-denominational institution of higher education offering undergraduate and graduate degrees along with a rabbinical studies program located in Bel Air, announced they are merging into a new organization called the American Jewish University with UJ President Dr.Robert Wexler at the helm.[1]

The futuristic architecture of the Institute'ss House of the Book has appeared as location in several film and television projects:
