Miki (三木市; -shi) is a city located in Hyōgo, Japan.

As of October 31, 2005, the city has an estimated population of 85,087 and a population density of 482 persons per km². The total area is 176.58 km².

Miki is located northwest of downtown Kobe and is bounded to the south and east.

History

The city was founded on June 1, 1954.

On October 24, 2005, the town of Yokawa from Mino District merged into Miki City.

Transportation

Miki is accessed with Route 175 and an expressway.

Miki has prefectural roads numbering 20, 22, 23, 83 and 85.
