Patsy Cline is the name of legendary Country Music singer, Patsy Cline's first album. The album was released in August 1957. The album featured Cline's big hit that year called "Walkin' After Midnight", which was a crossover hit on the Pop charts. This album promoted her big hit. Although Cline recorded for the record company Four Star Records, Four Star decided to release the album under a bigger record company, Decca Records, a record company Cline would later record for.

The album features Cline's early recordings, which are often rare to come by, which incudes some Blues ("In Care of the Blues") and some straight-up Honky Tonk material ("I Don't Wanta", "Three Cigarettes In An Ashtray") including a song she helped write entitled "Don't Ever Leave Me Again".
