Hiroo Yamagata

Hiro Yamagata (山形 浩生 Yamagata Hirō, 1964 - ) is a Japanese author. He translated "The Cathedral and the Bazaar" by Eric S. Raymond into Japanese; the chairman of "Project Sugitagenpaku" in Japan.
