Mother Teresa High School is a Catholic secondary school in Nepean, Ontario, Canada. It supports grades 7-12. The name of its sports team is the 'Titans.' The motto of the school is "Amor et Dignitas" or "Serve ... With love and dignity."

Mother Teresa has many sports teams, including Alpine Skiing, Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Cross Country Running, Curling, Field Hockey, Golf, Handball, Hockey, Nordic Skiing, Rugby, Ski Club, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Touch Football,Football, Track & Field, Varsity Girls Rugby, Varsity Girls Touch Football, Volleyball, Weight Room, and Wrestling.
On June 4th 2007, The Tier 2 Girls Varisty Rugby won the NCSSA City Championships against Glebe
Population
The school was completed in 1998 to accommodate the youth of Barrhaven, an Ottawa suburb. The school had well over 1200 students in 2002 before St. Joseph's High School was completed. The school's population is now just beginning to climb. Students' ages range from 12-19 (Grade 7 - Grade 12 and course repeats). There is a growing number of students outside of the Catholic religion attending Mother Teresa - including Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus, protestants, and Buddhists. The school is also home to several exchange students, particularly from Asia (Korea and Japan). On November 6th, 2006 construction was started on an extension to accommodate the growing number of students and eliminate the need for portables.
