Deletion

This is so far outside the realms of encyclopædia content it is getting ridiculous. This is being listed for deletion. FearÉIREANN 01:19 5 Jul 2003 (UTC)

As someone who cooks on a campfire often I can tell you it is also wrong on almost every point. Rmhermen 03:09 5 Jul 2003 (UTC)

The odd thing about this article is that it is primarilly about alternatives to campfires! Perhaps it would be better placed at cooking while camping or camping food, or similar? Martin 17:42 5 Jul 2003 (UTC)

No, it's not. All of the devices in the list are used with a campfire as a source of heat, or in the case of the Dutch oven, hot coals. -Smack 17:48 5 Jul 2003 (UTC)
Ahh - this wasn't clear to me. I think I understand it now. Martin
