SIPphone

SIPphone is a company providing Voice over IP telephone and directory services based on open standards such as SIP and XMPP. It also offers the free yet proprietary Gizmo Project instant messaging VoIP software. Because of the standards-based implementations and open business policy, it is compatible with other SIP-based phones from companies such as FWD, IPtel, and Iaxtel. SIPphone was founded by MP3.com and Linspire founder Michael Robertson.
