Blixa Bargeld, born 'Christian Emmerich' [January 12, 1959] Berlin, Germany. Founding member of the group Einstürzende Neubauten. Former guitarist of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. He had a short romance with transgressive superstar Lung Leg, documented in Nick Zedd's Totem of the Depraved. He is currently married and lives in San Francisco, Shanghai and Berlin.
