Detective Constable Suzie Sim was a character in the ITV drama The Bill. She was played by Wendy Kweh.

Suzie Sim arrived at Sun Hill in 2004, and soon made an impression upon her new colleagues. Very ambitious and confident, Suzie was an unsympathising woman who was cut from the same cloth as DI Neil Manson. Coincidentally enough, she had worked with Neil previously at her previous nick, and it was immediately clear that she was the DI's man in and out upon her arrival. Ex-Child Protection Team, she was an asset to the Community Safety Unit as she was specialised to deal with children in most crimes relating to them. Intimidating and manipulative, Suzie was never the most popular of officers at Sun Hill, and she never got on quite well with A/DC Gary Best, At one point, he accused her of bullying, and had planned to pursue the complaint up until his sudden transfer to Manchester.

Wanting to get as far as she could in as least possible time, Suzie applied for promotion to the rank of Detective Sergeant, and following a vacancy caused by the transfer of DS Ramani DeCosta she almost went on to get the position, however at the last minute DCI Jack Meadows offered the job to DS Stuart Turner, who seized it with both hands. Initially disappointed at having missed out on the job, Suzie re-applied for a position with the Kidnap Squad and once again found herself competing with Stuart for the job. This time however, she was successful, and she left Sun Hill behind to take up the posting.
