The Hours that Remain is the fourth album released by the band Mercenary, but the second through Century Media Records. This is the first album to not include founding member Henrik "Kral" Andersen. With this album, Mercenary seem to taken a more progressive approach, while still retaining some of their previous melodic death metal and power metal elements.

Limited Edition

The limited edition of The Hours that Remain include a DVD. The first song is a video of 11 Dream's Firesoul, songs 2 to 5 are from the live show at Dynamo 2005, and finally, the rest are the official bootleg by the band live at Pratten.
