Drivetime is a radio time slot for programs that appeal to commuters driving and riding in cars. In Britain it is roughly between 5pm-8pm. In North America, it is roughly 6 am to 9 am and 3 pm to 6 pm.

This timeslot is designed to appeal to a captive audience of people driving home from work. Behind the breakfast show, drivetime is widely considered the most important show in terms of audience capture and revenue.
