GPS puck
Appearance
A GPS puck is a Bluetooth GPS accessory designed to wirelessly transmit GPS position updates to a nearby handheld device, such as a cellphone, laptop or PDA. It is usually the size of a hockey puck, but can be as small as a keyfob.
The purpose of a GPS puck is to add GPS capabilities to a device that does not have GPS built in, without requiring a cable to an external GPS device.
