San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center (SLVRMC), is located in the San Luis Valley in Alamosa, Colorado and serves residents and visitors in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico. SLVRMC is a not-for-profit hospital operating under the corporation of the "Lutheran Hospital Association".

The hospital houses a 1.5 tesla MRI unit, a 16 slice CT Scanner, as well as the only Intensive Care unit in the San Luis Valley. It is also a Class III Trauma Center. SLVRMC owns the Physician Services Speciality Clinic in Alamosa and provides the only speciality physicians in the area.

The Chief Executive Officer is Russell Johnson.
