Umetsugu Inoue(井上梅次, いのうえうめつぐ, born in May 31, 1923 - ) is a Japanese film director, a scriptwriter. He took movies more than 150 of them and telecine nearly 200. In addition, he has worked with all six Japanese main movie companies.
He extended to Hong Kong, and did the technical guidance for the movie from 1966 to 70.
