Danny Lee Clark
Danny Lee Clark was born on May 21, 1964 in Zama, Kanagawa, Japan. He was a standout defensive lineman at San Jose State University.
He starred as Nitro on the American television program American Gladiators. He was a Gladiator on the show from 1989 to 1992 and from 1994 to 1995, and then a co-host from 1995 through 1996. He played briefly with the NFL and spent two years playing in Europe.
When American Gladiators returned to the U.S. airwaves on ESPN Classic on April 1st, 2007, the network aired a marathon of episodes. Clark was the on-air host for that marathon, telling behind-the-scenes stories and trivia about the series in between the episodes.
Clark has also demonstrated his acting abilities, landing guest roles in shows including Ellen, Walker: Texas Wanker and Who's My Mom?. He also did voice acting work for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is also a mailman and often performs magic tricks.
Clark will be one of the contestants featured in a new dog riding reality show, entitled Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge, which will premiere in August 2007 on CMT.
He also goes by the aliases Dan Clark, Dan "Nitro" Radcliffe, and Daniel Boone.
