Dormagen is a city in Northrine-Westfalia, Germany in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss. It ist in the middle of Düsseldorf - Cologne - Mönchengladbach.

Dormagen consists of 16 districts: Broich, Delhoven, Delrath, Dormagen, Gohr, Hackenbroich, Hackhausen, Horrem]], Knechtsteden, Nievenheim, Rheinfeld, St. Peter, Straberg, Stürzelberg, Ückerath, Zons.

Dormagen was foundet 50 ad. It's name was Durnomagus.

The city is connectet to the railroad between Cologne and Düsseldorf. The german Highway 57 is connected to Dormagen.
